Andreas Sundvall - Support Manager
With previous experience from companies within infrastructure and communication, what made you chose Toptracer?
The motivation to join Toptracer came from being part of a journey with big potential. Be able to change a market and change the way people think of and watch golf. The openness at the company relying on the competence they brought when recruiting. Trusting the people and letting them contribute with their competence and experience.
Why should people want to work in your team?
Support - Toptracer values the importance of the support team and is respected by other departments in the company. If the support doesn’t work, then our customers disappear. They have strong bonds, get along together well and have very fun within the team. Everyone’s opinions are heard and appreciated. The technology is developed and used inhouse.
Favourite moment since your start?
I have two favourite moments so far. The first is when I travelled to a Majors event in New York and supported the Toptracer Tournament Range at PGA Championship. It lasted for over a week and really stuck with me how much the crowd really enjoyed the product. The second memory is when I was on the opening day of a range in Tokyo, Japan, currently the biggest Toptracer Range in the world.
What makes Toptracer a good place to work?
The workplace, company and colleagues. It is open and free spirited. But most importantly the possibilities with the product.
The best non-work related activity with the company
The conference at Arholma, it was very giving. I can still notice people talking about it.
Golf experience, on a scale 1-5?
2+, haven’t played a round in ten years. I had 16,6 in handicap but have now started on 36 again.
