Toptracer Technologies have users and viewers all over the world. Our mission is to help people enjoy the wonderful game of golf even more by tracing contributions to TV and gamification to ranges. Our range technology is used in 30 countries and the broadcast is aired over 270 times every year. 

THE ROLE

The Toptracer Range Account Manager’s primary duty is to manage and develop relationships on all TTR accounts that cover UK and mainland Europe. This will include emphasis on being part of the final stages of the sales cycle, assisting in the handover from install to completion and ensuring each venue is performing to its highest potential. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing the later stages of the sales cycle alongside the sales manager
• Play a key role in the handover from installation to completion.
• Assume account management responsibilities in maintain the existing relationships of Toptracer Range’s partners.
• Be Responsible for retention of existing accounts as well as additional bay sales at existing accounts.
• Assist in the post-sales projects and interact closely with inside sales, operations, training and marketing teams to ensure a great experience for our partners.
  
• Support venues with effective reporting to assist in site performance to ensure ROI.
• Collate success stories and feedback from existing venues to utilise in future sales opportunities
  

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• Fluent in Spanish and English at business level
• 2 + years’ experience in account management and/or marketing promotion.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest/understanding of golf
• Highly motivated, self-driven and result orientated

The position is permanent and full-time. This role will be temporarily remote, with 50% travel expected.
