Toptracer Technologies have users and viewers all over the world. Our mission is to help people enjoy the wonderful game of golf even more by tracing contributions to TV and gamification to ranges. Our range technology is used in 30 countries and the broadcast is aired over 270 times every year. All of our products are developed, tested and deployed from our R&D office in Mörby Centrum, Stockholm. 

THE ROLE

The SwOps (Software for Operations) team, builds software that improves scalability, efficiency and productivity for our operations. The work spans from building web-based tooling for calibrating our systems, to automating the provisioning of physical as well as virtual servers and network devices. Anything that can be done with software, that improves or helps operations, is in scope. The team is responsible to stay up to date with how the operations teams work to best understand how software can be developed to improve it.

The team is now looking for a Senior Software Engineer. With a broad background in software development, you will be driving technical decisions within the team and taking an active part in the company’s overall architectural and strategic discussions around ensuring scalability and enabling growth. Day-to-day you will be writing code with the team.

WE BELIEVE YOU

• Are a highly skilled software developer
• Have an academic background, bachelor's or higher
• Are comfortable coding in the whole stack, but probably most experienced in backend
• Like working in an agile environment
• Are skilled in architecting new solutions
• Can easily understand large systems and how different components integrate
• Are proficient in multiple programming languages, including Python
• Have experience in deploying and maintaining cloud-based and distributed systems

Application process

Our application process for interviews, currently all held remotely, consists of:

• 30-45min video interview/presentation of Toptracer
• 45min-1hr interview with Team Manager.
• 1hr Technical interview with a domain expert.
• 1hr interview with 2 members of the team.
