THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced global supply chain specialist to support the high growth in the UK/EU regional market. The Global Supply Chain Specialist, will be responsible for the daily management of compliantly coordinating and organizing Global Supply Chain activities and logistics for Toptracer Range products for the UK & Europe regional market, focusing on logistics and inventory management for the region. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Receive and ship hard goods from UK/EU warehouses using a variety of tracking tools, including SAP, Microsoft Navision, Excel, and other warehouse management systems
• Compliantly manage the shipping & logistics of hard goods for delivery, ensuring that hardware is delivered on time, every time within the UK & Internationally via small parcel, ocean and airfreight
• Manage international shipping activities and ensure proper procedure and documentation is in place for timely delivery and international trade compliance
• Monitor inventory levels in warehouse to ensure minim par levels are maintained
• Actively manage inventory through cycle and full counts of inventory, maintaining 95% accuracy
• Maintaining records of all inventory movement in and out, maintaining balanced inventory for auditing requirements
• Partner with regional AP teams for invoice/shipment reconciliation to ensure proper accounting of inventory movements through different carrier and models of transport

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• Extensive experience in supply chain
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and WMS systems
• Experience dealing with international supply chain
• Experience in international shipping requirements (commercial invoice detail, ensuring Brexit and international trade compliance)
• Experience in global logistics and warehousing
• Experience with inventory management
• Experience in logistics air traffic control in and outbound
• Proficiency with excel formula and data manipulation and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with number and strong attention to detail
